Located in one of the fastest growing regions in South East Queensland and situated between several major transit links, Underwood Marketplace was identified as a site with huge potential in a high-growth area.
The existing development was a Woolworths property and we had worked on a design for a modest redevelopment. Modern fittings including Terrazzo floor tiles, vaulted ceilings and new travelators were installed to complete the centre’s transformation from a tired standalone centre to a vibrant and happening shopping destination for the region.
