This project for the Royal Freemasons' Homes of Victoria represents a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing site, originally built in the 1960's and encompassing a nursing home reaching the end of its useful life. Working with market analysts, financial planners as well as marketing and brand consultants the 'Redmond Park' brand was born. Against industry expectations the apartments sold "off the plan" with aspects of an intentional community located close to a university. This highly successful project is the subject of great industry interest.
