Penrith’s first mixed use development.
This Mixed Use Development consisting of 80 apartments and 3000m² of retail marks the first mixed use project in the Penrith region, and therefore the design is anticipated to become a benchmark in what will become a redefined urban landscape.
The articulation of the massing enables excellent solar amenity and external cross-ventilation enabling a pleasant indoor environment for the residents.
The façade is highly articulated, providing a high quality result which was praised by the SEPP65 design review panel and the Department of Planning.
Construction is expected to commence mid 2011.
