This development of an 8,000 sqm facility involved the design and construction of a purpose built, mixed use laboratory, store, workshop and office building.
The facility is designed to achieve a Green Star rating. This building includes a number of specialist areas such as testing labs, resistant materials labs and chemical labs. As such, this project requires a high service content and specific environmental control conditions.
The ground floor functionality combined with office space above will provide a benchmark building of its type in terms of efficiency, flexibility, economy and environmental performance. The building will operate as a research facility with integral training rooms and a transparency of research activity throughout.
