Banora Point High School was documented on a New South Wales Education Department sketch design and built as two-storey building constructed with reinforced concrete. It is a brand new school consisting of an administration block, library, science laboratories, staff facilities, canteen, change rooms and toilet facilities, and general purpose learning rooms.
