Mike has been involved in Retail Planning and Design for more than 30 years and has been responsible for the delivery of more than 60 retail developments.
Mike is acknowledged in the retail industry as one of its leading leasing specialist practitioners. He has been involved in all aspects of the planning, design and delivery of retail developments and has specialised more recently in Site Analysis, Master Planning and Client Negotiations. He oversees all projects from inception to completion. Mike is well respected by all major national tenants and has intimate understanding of their standards and operational requirements.
