Liza has significant experience on a range of Commercial, Retail, Education and Government infrastructure projects throughout Australia.
As a Project Director, Liza has overseen the development of design and documentation for numerous Council submissions, staging plans, spatial planning, including full construction documentation and administration of these contracts. She has also been instrumental in the formulation of approved leasing documents for Majors and Speciality retail tenants, and has had extensive experience with the co-ordination and management of teams as a lead design consultant. Liza's experience also extends to sectors within the aviation industry, and has recently been involved as a leading consultant in the Queensland role out of the architectural documentation throughout all stages of numerous Queensland based BER projects.
Her accomplished work clearly demonstrates her dedication and ability in providing high quality documentation and co-ordination throughout the construction process. She is a strong team player who enjoys constant challenges.
Liza was recently awarded the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s Queensland Women in Property award for ‘Outstanding Achievement in Professional and Development Services’. The judges were impressed with Liza’s comprehensive management of complex projects under strict and challenging timelines, demonstrating her commitment to project delivery. The judges also noted her strong focus on mentoring team members, and her inspiring leadership qualities.
Liza is currently serving as Managing Director of ThomsonAdsett’s Queensland practice.
